Wifi led binding

Hi, I am newbie to openhab, can anyone tell me why I can not see the Wifi led binding. I am using the the latest openhabian imageopenhabianpi-ua-netinst-20170218-git11d8ebc and have set the remote repository to on.

WiFi LED

This binding is used to control LED stripes connected by WiFi. These devices are sold with different names, i.e. Magic Home LED, UFO LED, LED NET controller, etc.

Latest WifiLED binding

I have Openhab 2.0 installed. I am trying to install the WifiLED binding. The binding does not show up in PaperUI or Habmin. Where can I find the latest JAR for the wifiled binding? I will download the JAR and put it in the addons folder. I have looked everywhere for it but cannot find it. I just need the location to download the file.
