I’ve read/learned that Wink is releasing an update Hub 2 in the coming months. I haven’t been able to find any information on the specs of the device yet. But i’m hopefully that when its released there could possibly be a chance at rooting it and abilities of hosting OH2 directly on the box.
It does show it will also have lan connection though as well and not be strictly wifi like the original Hub, abd will also support 2.4 and 5ghz wifi ranges.
