WoL rule in OH3

I have an WoL rule which works (test it).

So i can set up the rule with the normal when and action, and then it works.
After rebooting the system i get an error at the rule:
Missing handler 'network.sendWakeOnLanPacket' for module '2'
After setting up the rule again with the same values, the rules runs correct till next reboot…

I have the same issue. 3 WoL rules. 2 Stay in error:handler state after restart. Have to disable/enable. The 3rd one comes online just fine.
