Xiaomi Motion sensor with Milights use in rules

Hi, I am trying setup RULE for Xiaomi Motion sensor to be able switch off lights after no movement detect. Sensor check movement only once per 1min.

Can someone show me own rules how to work with this sensor? use timers?
Solve it with rule - if movement detect reset some timer? Or better solution?
