Yahoo weather bindings - is official tutorial still valid?

Hello folks,
is this tutorial still valid ?

I am gettting errors

and

I am aware change at Yahoo´s API (Yahoo Weather issue) anyway is there a workaround ?

The images part of the tutorial you point to should still work. It just provides a mapping between the ConditionID and the proper icon for that condition.
