I think you might be able to use them as simple rtsp devices.
But first you need to flash a custom firmware on the cameras GitHub - TheCrypt0/yi-hack-v4: New Custom Firmware for Xiaomi Cameras based on Hi3518e Chipset. It features RTSP, SSH, FTP and more!
And then use the normal way for openhab rtsp How to display RTSP streams from IP Cameras in Openhab and Habpanel (Linux only)
