It does not come with Windows (Ubuntu 14). It only has a USB 2.0 port which makes it less useful to me (I also use my server as a file server and USB 3 makes a big difference) but it does have onboard wifi and bluetooth. For a little bit more than a Pi 3 you can get a pretty solid device.
I got one of these this week to run a front end for my system that is windows only. Seems pretty good so far - certainly serves its purpose for me. I already have openhab on a raspberry pi, so haven’t tried openhab on it.
One word of advice if anyone is getting one with windows installed. There have been issues with these bricking when running windows 10 updates. Turning off write cache on the internal drive seems to fix this issue.
