You can use the log viewer here to simplify the log into a more readable form.
I scanned the log and you have overwhelmed your network with KWH reports at the msec level. Basically you have created your own denial of service attack. I picked up a rule of a max of 10 frames per second and you are exceeding that in places. I have a smaller network but have worked frames down to about 5 per minute, with occasional bursts.
You need to reduce your reporting across the board.
