Z-Wave Devices Devolo MT02648 Door/Window not operational

Dear all,

since I use openhabian 1.6.2b with openhab 2.5.12 and “org.openhab.binding.zwave-2.5.13-SNAPSHOT.jar” the contact channel does not work on new discovered devices anymore.
Old devices worked fine but new ones did not get any information out of this channel.

I run openhabain on a rasppi 3B fresh installed and only three new devices (two devolos) fresh discoverd.
All others come with a backup of my old installation.

I was told to use the snapshot zwave file beause of an other not really correct functionaly device (Fibaro FGT001), which now works with with the snapshot.

Can anybody help me out?
