Z-Wave dimmer switch hardware recommendations

@jaykay
It is not complicated, but then again I would have to recommend you to check if it’s legal to install it by yourself in your country and also when dealing with “high” AC voltage, it can be lethal if you for instance forget to disconnect the power. It’s probably not expensive to hire an electrician to perform the installation.

@chris Tried the parameter 21? I don’t have my Qubino hooked up to an actual switch atm.

Thanks - it was disabled so I’ve changed it - solved (I should have RTFM! :wink: ).

Thanks for the hint, but unfortunately, I don’t have that param. Seems my Qubinos are too old.
Hmpf. I ordered them back when there was just Fibaro Dimmer (1) available, which required the bypass (and even with it, you couldn’t dim LEDs as low as with the Qubino … BUT it has been having the double click ever since)

I am looking into the nodon zwave remote - http://nodon.fr/en/z-wave/octan-remote_7-2

I’m sure you can set it up like the hue dimmer, 2 buttons for on/off and 2 button to dim up/down.

I have not found any other battery operated ones that look like the hue dimmer.
