Is there a way to initiate inclusion mode on the Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 without unplugging it? Not that I add Z-Wave devices very often but it is annoying having to shut down openHAB, remove the Z-Stick, add the new device, insert the Z-Stick, and then restart openHAB (which takes a while on the RPi2).

You will have a button “Include” and a button “Exclude” … and many more great things do deal with z-wave devices.

Well… it used to have the include / exclude buttons but has no more.
Well… HABmin-1 hasn’t changed for a year, so it would seem strange that they aren’t there…
