Z wave network changes and "heal device function"

[OH3.4 on Raspberry Pi4]

I have had some network changes recently. Some of z-wave devices were removed, new included.
To make an efficient routing and reaction time I was wondering to re-order the communication.
I understand the “Heal Device” makes re-routing for the particular thing

Is there any possibility to initiate efficient re-routing for all devices?
Is it happening after system restart?

How to ensure solid and efficient z-wave communication if some devices changed their position?

Efficiency could be argued, but on the controller UI page there is this:

Set it to whatever time you want and it will run daily. The default 2am for the network heal was chosen because it was assumed it was normally a quiet time.

You could run network heal, but if your devices are zwave plus they generally find the optimal path without a lot of Healing. I have observed (with a zniffer) on my own systems that with all the traffic during the heal, routes get suboptimal for a while.
