Z-Wave UZB1 + Raspberry Pi3 + OpenHab 2.0 can not discovery devices

Hi everyone,

I have just bought Raspberry Pi 3. I install OpenHab 2.0 + Addons by apt-get. I already use HABmin to create Z-wave controller with UZB1 (Z-wave.me). I follow this guideline : http://www.cd-jackson.com/index.php/openhab/habmin and finished add controller.

But problem I face that although I discovery many times, It still can not detect and connect with my switch ( I have 2 switches)

Both controller and device use same frequency. I also follow guide from vendor ( long press button to connect controller). I don’t know what is problem now. Anyone please help in my case.
