Running openHAB 2.3.0~20180307132030-1 (Build #1224) with a aeotec dongle added to OH as a Z-Wave Serial Controller (Z-Wave USB Stick with Serial Interface). I added the Controller through HABmin . I’m able to add the entry lock (YRD210) I’m trying to control but I can’t control it.

The device is not included securely (see the red X next to “using security”) so you won’t really be able to do much. You’ll need to exclude it and add it again.
I’m also assuming that you are adding it through HABmin (ie by clicking on the inbox scan button, then putting the device into include more). If you’re using the button on the Aeotec, this won’t work with secure devices.
