Zigbee - No handler for zigbee:device:

Hello,

I’ve successfully flashed a TI 2531, installed the zigbee binding and discovered my device (https://byjasco.com/sites/default/files/product/manuals/45857GE%20EnFrSp%20QStart%20V2%20091214.pdf) which has shown up as:

Unknown ZigBee Device 00124B0008821E1E

However, when I added an item to the channel it doesn’t work and resulted in the following on my logs:

I’m relatively new to Openhab2 (and zigbee in particular) - is this a matter of device support or something else?

It probably indicates there was an error when the thing was being initialised. I would check the debug logs and see if there are any error messages or exceptions. If so, please post them here.

Having same issue after having this running for a month or so: all of a sudden, doesn’t recognize the bulb i have

This probably means that the device can’t be contacted, but that’s a guess as there’s not a lot to go on. Does the device get found - at the moment the log is quite short and only shows 00124B0009EB0987.

First time it happened i messed with the bulb(unplug, replug, etc) finally started.
Second time it happened, i restarted openhab2 and it worked.
