Zigbee2mqtt Sonoff USB stick limitations?

Good afternoon (o;

Trying to move from deConz to zigbee2mqtt with a Sonoff USB Zigbee stick (Ember chipset) I see that it is almost impossible to add an older Philips Hue dimmer switch to the network…I see constantly:

info  2022-10-15 11:51:58: MQTT publish: topic 'zigbee2mqtt/bridge/event', payload '{"data":{"friendly_name":"0x00178801080e562f","ieee_address":"0x00178801080e562f","status":"failed"},"type":"device_interview"}'
warn 2022-10-15 11:51:58: Device '0x00178801080e562f' left the network

Also lights further away can’t be joined to the network where it was working fine just before with deConz…

Is there a limitation of devices/hops with zigbee2mqtt and Sonoff sticks?

thanks in advance

Probably a question for the zigbee2mqtt community.

Is it the -E version? If so, that’s listed a experimental.
