Zigbee2MQTT unable to upgrade / uninstall

Openhab 3.3, RPi4B+
My Zigbee2MQTT stopped running. No webpage is loaded. So I tried to reinstall / uninstall it from config menu and this is what I got:

Hard to find the solution on the link. Can anyone help me?

Set debugmode to maximum as described in section openhabian/openhabian-DEBUG.md at main · openhab/openhabian · GitHub
then start openhabian-config again and run the same command you did before.
This will create lots of output which should give a hint about the root cause.
