I bought this Z-Wave alarm Zipato AB02Z_PSE02 recently which is described as multi-sound by the manufacturer.
In OpenHab (v2.40), I see oly two channels for this alarm - the battery percentage and a switch to on/off the alarm. The alarm works perfectly fine when the switch is set to ON. However, I am not sure how to use the multi-sound feature, for example as a doorbell.
