I’m having some issues using the Zooz zen31 rgbw controller. The color control works great but I have an issue getting the white dimmer to work after turning the color control off. My overall brightness is already at 100% and then I’ll increase the white dimmer but the light won’t come on. If I then change overall brightness from 100% to something else like 99% then the white channel comes on.
It seems like it gets confused when turning off the color channel and it doesn’t respond then to changes to the white dimmer channel.
Does anyone else use the zen31 and have a better experience?
