Zwave polling with .things file

I have 21 CT100 stats configured in my zwave.things file. They all work great except they don’t update Humidity. I thought the default polling period was 30 min, but it looks like that is not happening at all because they don’t update unless I restart the binding. How do you define polling period in the .things file?
