To be honest, I don’t really know what was going on.
I haven’t changed anything except:
- the nightly healing. But I think that’s not the reason.
- some suspicious parameters at two nodes …
I looked at which nodes caused the most traffic in the logs. And that was two knots in the upper and lower stairwell. I suspect that these nodes are responsible for the routing. The number of messages will probably have something to do with the number of channels of the nodes. But some of the config parameters had suspicious / wrong values. There was a -1 for a parameter that is allowed from 0 - 255. But that can also be a wrong interpretation of Paper UI (?).
No matter after I have corrected these values and given a temperature sensor with four channels a revised interval (not much shorter than before, but more sensible) everything seems to be fine again.
Thank you for the support and advice. I hope I can now go back to my hobby and invent further useful or unnecessary automations;)
