Zwave stick is missing serial_cse

  • Platform information:
    • Hardware: _CPUArchitecture/RAM/storage_Raspberry PI 3 model B+
    • OS: _what OS is used and which version_Debian Linux 9.4
    • Java Runtime Environment: which java platform is used and what version java-common 0.58
    • openHAB version: openhab2 2.4.0~20180716173031-1)
  • Issue of the topic: I accidentally deleted the serial_cse channel for the Zwave sticks.
Can’t find a way to get that back. It prevents the detections of Zwave nodes to function OK.
I have tried two Zwave sticks, result is the same.

    Thanks!

Just link a number itemtype to the channel:

No, the channels of the zwave controller have nothing to do with proper inclusion of zwave devices.
Or are you referring to the “Network Security Key”? If you did not backup that one you are out of luck and need to reinclude your secure devices.

Thanks.
I added the channel, please see below. But it doesn’t show up under items to be linked under the Zwave stick.
