ZWave / Zigbee Interference with Smart Meter?

My OpenHAB system has many ZWave and Zigbee based wireless proprietary and standard networks (Hue, HDPowerView, Velux x2, NeoHub x2, Tado, ZWave-standard), and until now everything has been working together fine without any interference.

Recently my utility company has tried to install a SMETS smart meter system for reading the electricity and gas meters. But in spite of repeated installations and commissioning attempts, they have failed to get the gas meter data to come through to their system. The SMETS system HAN (home automation network) is a dual band ZWave and Zigbee based communication. And so I am wondering if the utility company’s problem could in any way be related to interference from the other wireless systems in my home?
