I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for openHAB compatible 12v smart lights. It seems to be a tall order. Forgive me if this has already been asked.
Welcome to openHAB. But your question is on HA in general (anything can be made to work with openHAB, that’s the lesser part of the adventure to select proper HA hardware), and this forum is not on general HA.

What do you mean by “smart light”
Do you want individual lamps that are addressable from openHAB2 ?
The next and more important question is…
Do you want them to be powered 24/7 and communicate via an RF solution.
Or are you able to completely rewire to accommodate an addressable light?
