3.2 - 3.3 Upgrade Failing

openHABian

I have two systems that are failing the upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3. After upgrading to the latest openHABian at the prompt and then trying to update to the latest OH release (menu item 41 in the config console).

The log says:

 Adding required keys to apt... curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 504 Gateway Time-out
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
FAILED

Per the prompt I tried looking at the log & got this:

cd /opt/openhabian/docs/openhabian-DEBUG.md
-bash: cd: /opt/openhabian/docs/openhabian-DEBUG.md: Not a directory

This is almost certainly related to Jfrog repo is down, can't install OH nor add-ons.
