Frankly: if you want an answer you mustn’t be asking maximum-cut down questions like this and expect us to drag the information we need to answer out of you.
Remember: no reader of your post knows what you have installed (HW, OS, OH, ), how you configured it and what else you did to your system in question (e.g. manually installed packages).
The root cause can be in any of these. So all of this information is required to properly answer your question. Anything else is inefficient guessing at the dark, and it’s very annoying for a volunteer willing to help you to do that under these conditions.
You need to provide all the relevant details yourself upfront.
The least thing to provide would be a full install log with debug=maximum level output.
