Access persistent data in template widget?

Hi,
does anyone have an example of reading influxdb stored data and present in a template widget?

So no one has a sample for that…
What I would like is to have the history of my door status for e.g a week in some kind of table.
Any other suggestion for how to do that?

You could use another item to map your open&close status of the door to a integer “0&1” and store that in influxdb as well. Then you can chart the door status over time with a chart widget. Might even get you a better overview how long the door is open or close compared to a table.
