This interpreter does nothing on its own.
It provides you with a template system to match text commands to items and read its states or send commands to them.
There is already a published version of this add-on but this is a major rewrite to simplify it’s usage.

This add-on is the same that the PR [actiontemplatehli] Simplify usage and add UI by GiviMAD · Pull Request #14647 · openhab/openhab-addons · GitHub but it’s based on the 3.4.3 add-ons repo.
It’s not compatible with previous versions.
