ADC T3000 seems to have disappeared from the ZWave plugin

I have an Alarm.com T3000 thermostat. It used to work fine, but I just upgraded from OH 4.0.4 to 4.2.1, and it’s broken now. It seems that the definition for it was removed in a database update from December. I’m not sure why, as the device still exists in the database. Any idea why it was removed, and how we can get it back in there?

It looks like someone made changes to the database, but didn’t request review so it got dropped. I’ll push it back through in the next update.
