Aeotec Gen 5 Multisensor 4 in 1 Slow to change from ON to OFF

I have an Aeotec Multisensor 4-in-1 Gen 5 (firmware 1.03) that I am trying to use as a PIR. Unfortunately, the motion detector takes a very long time to reset after the motion is detected. According to my logs, the Motion Switch takes approximately 20 min to switch back to an OFF state.

probably your config parameter 3 is set to maaaaany seconds?

Hi,

I had the same problems at the beginning.

Set parameter 3 to the time in seconds you want and set parameter 5 to “Send Sensor Binary Report CC”. After that link your item to the “Binary Sensor” and not to “Alarm”.

This configuration works for me. If you still have wrong detections decrease the sensitivity (Param 4)
