Afer migration form 2.5 to 3x openhab don't save habpanel config on the server

Hello dear community

Maybe you know a good piece of advice.

When I upgraded from 2.5.15 to 3.x, everything worked great.

Migration without problems… But with the habpanel I first exported all (2.5) and then imported them again, but I can’t save them as soon as I log in or delete cookies,

all settings in the habpanel are gone as well as those stored on the server. .. Also the default config are gone.
