After some time Stop working

Good afternoon, I have a problem with the Bticino mh201. It works well but after a few hours it stops working. Im using pc with 3.4.4 version and raspPi with 4.1.0 and in the too apears the same problem…

Hallo @Salta_Grades and welcome to this forum.

Few question to help us help you:

  • is this a new installation or you have been using openHAB and the openwebnet binding already since some time with previous versions?
  • in your logs there is also a disconnect from the openHAB cloud, are you sure your home network setup has no issue (=your local connectivity is stable)?
  • the MH201 you are connecting to with OH is new? Or it has been installed in your MyHome system for some time?
  • do you know if the MH201 has been recently upgraded?
  • when it stops working, what do you do to make it work again?

Can you also please edit this post title to make it more specific?

Hi @massi , thanks for yor help.
I have using a MH200n on these instalation but unfortunately it broke down and I purchased the MH201 to replace it…
But I think I solved the problem. The installation has an f422 installed that connects the Alarm BUS with the Automobile Bus, by turning off the f422 the MH201 works perfectly.
