Today for the first time Alexa now tells me that the item “doesn’t support that” when I try to command any change to my rollershades. I changed nothing on my side with OpenHAB, so I assume this is a backend change on Amazon’s part. Is there any recourse with Amazon? Aside from making my rollershades into dimmers, what can I do here?
Yesterday evening I recognized the same issue. Even when opening a shutter in the Alexa app, the app displayed nothing. This morning everything works like before. I think, there was a problem on amazon side.

Disabling then reenabling the OpenHAB skill solved the problem.
Mine still doesn’t work. I emailed Amazon, but is it possible something that changed on the OpenHAB cloud server?
