All Home Kits lights appearing in one group

Hi,

I just upgraded from 3.2 to 4. It went very smoothly, thank you.

However, all of my home kit lights now appear in one light group (They are part of a group imaginatively called “All Lights.”). I use this group to support a lot of automation.

Is there a home kit setting to ignore this parent group?

I couldn’t see anything obvious in the documentation.

I’ve tried “Show as Separate Tiles” and they all have the parent’s groups name

My solution was

My All Lights group was configured in text files. I removed it from the text file, configured it via the UI, and removed the homekit metadata.

My guess: You are referring to the Semantic Model.
If I’m correct, the simple solution is, that the “All Lights” Group must not be part of the semantic model, i.e. you must not put this Group Item into another (semantic) Group and you must not tag this specific Group Item with any semantic tag.
