Hoping to be able to control either of these fans via OH, but not sure if I should buy the one with the built-in ‘hub’, or just get a ‘plain’, ‘dumb’ fan and use a wall controller. I see they also have a DC model… that might be preferable since the fan is going into a listening room.
Bought this already with the hand remote, but it has a version that has a ‘smart hub’ in it:

There’s also this one, which seems to suggest it’s a quieter fan. I think there was also a post about a Hunter remote that looks like this one, which suggests they OEM it for Home Depot:
