Amazon Echo and amazon-echo-ha-bridge: simple problem?

Hi

I’ve followed the instructions here: http://tinsley.io/2015/06/control-your-items-using-the-amazon-echo-openhab/

I’ve configured postman and can see the items listen on the listening port for amazon-echo-ha-bridge

However when I “discover devices” on the Alexa app, none are found.

The only possible problem I can see is the following on the amazon-echo-ha-bridge console:

Request method ‘POST’ not supported

Can you provide some more info on what exactly you posted, ip’s and port being used?

Why aren’t you using the web configurator - it’s so much easier. (assuming you’ve assigned port 8081 to the bridge)

http://(echo bridge ip address):8081/configurator.html

You can then set up and test the devices from the bridge.
