Amazon Echo Control binding channels missing in OH3

In the binding documentation, it lists the many many many channels available to echo things. For example, I used the textToSpeech channel all day long to allow OpenHab to speak notifications.

In OH3, the channels available in the main UI thing configuration are very few compared to what used to be there. And TTS is not one of them.

So, what am I missing here?
