I can’t get the AmazonEchoControl binding to work with the new Amazon smart thermostat (maybe too new).
However, if anyone is interested, I have been successful using Node-red and the applestrudel node:

I can query the thermostat and get all the information and send it actions to change the setpoint. I’m connecting node-red to points that I manually created in OH3
