I’ve got a Zwave Outlet that shows me Wattage usage. Is there an Apple Homekit metadata item that would simply display the textual state of the Wattage usage?

maybe you can use the CarbonDioxideSensor.CarbonDioxideLevel for showing the wattage? The readings would be in ppm, but the state should be correct.
Should work if you got your reading as a number.
