Aqara Battery Channels Missing on 3.2

After updating to 3.2 added 4 more multisensors from Aqara. Everything went good except that on the four newly added sensors, there’s no battery level and no low battery channel. On the Conbee II UI battery information ist present.

Openhab 3.2:

Before (on the 3.0 version) I’ve already added some of this kind of sensors and there’re both channels

Any idea how to get them back?

Hi Matthias,

I have the same problem with my eurotronic spirit thermostat.
Everything is there, just the battery channels are missing. It is the same behavior you described. The API is providing it.

Did you found a solution?

Thx
Markus

Hi Markus

No, till today there’s no solution for this issue.
I’ll try to connect one item again …if it helps, I’ll post it here. (or have you tried that maybe?)

Best,
Matthias

Hi Matthias,

I just added a Hue dimming switch (the long thin ones) and it is the same. No battery channel is available.

Ok, I think this one does not provide a battery status. So ignore this one.
I don’t have anything else at the moment.

I had the same problem. Had read somewhere that the channels for battery status and battery alarm need some time to appear.
So I configured my Aqara things and items without the battery information.

Because of your new posts I remembered the problem and checked, if the channels are now available. They are!

So I configured the items and approximately 20 mins later, they changed from NULL to the actual value.

Hey Harry,

you are totally right. The channels are now available.
Strange, but ok

Thanks for the hint.

Markus

Same here …possible to add missing channels to the item.
Thanks a lot …patience is not a bad thing sometimes
