who of you has the new aqara u200 smart lock and have you somehow managed to integrate it to openhab?
Hi, i would be intrested in a solution too.
I think, u200 door lock can only communicate with aqara m3 hub? I only have old xiaomi mi m2 hub. Is it possible top use xiaomi mi v22 hub in any way?
Or do i ahve to buy a new m3 hub? Can i integrate m3 hub into openhab also? My last information was, that i only can integrate old v2 hub???
Or even better, is it possible to integrate u200 without any hub? Zigbee2mqtt for example?
I’ve got a U200 and been quite impressed so far with it.
You can connect via Bluetooth using the Aqara app (it requires you to activate the keyboard first by hand) or via Matter (M3 hub, Apple etc).
You could eg create dummy devices in HomeKit or wait for the Matter integration.
There are downsides of having integration though from a security viewpoint (and maybe your insurance too). Given how fast it reacts to eg the fingerprint sensor and that I already have a contact sensor in my front due I have not really found the desire to integrate it yet.
