Aqara wireless Wall Switch lumi.remote.b286acn01 no channels found

Dear all,

I just received a Aqara wireless Wall Switch ( 2 buttons) that I can’t seem to get to work with my setup.

My setup

I have openHAB 2.4.0 running on an RPI3. I’m using the ZigBee CC2531.

Currently this setup works well with some Aqara motion sensor and several TRADFRI bulbs. However the Aqara wireless Wall Switch won’t work:

Although I could pair it with the CC2531 it only reports as lumi.remote.b286acn01 and don’t have any channels that I could use.

Am I doing something wrong or are these just not supported (yet)? Let me know if I should provide some logs or what I could to help debug this issue.

Hi there! I am having the same problem. The Zigbee Binding has discovered the Aqara Wall Switch, recognizes it as lumi.remote, but there are no channels…

Did you get this switch working?

Unfortunately, I didn’t get it working either.
If that is the case, I will report it here.
