AVM Binding brings no output

I have a problem with the AVM FritzBox Binding.
The Binding connects without problems to the FritzBox but for the Thing “Eingehender Anruf” I only get the Output “NULL” I`ve tryed to set the Item type to call, string and Number but non of these worked.
In the FritzBox settings I also turned on the “Zugriff für Anwendungen zulassen” option on but it not worked out.

Did you activate the call monitor as described in

Yes I`ve activated the call monitor and the port(1012) is also registered.
