aWattar binding

Hi,

as the new Openhab 4.1 release is out, I would like to ask, if the aWattar binding will support the new time series feature (https://www.openhab.org/blog/2023-12-22-openhab-4-1-release.html#time-series-support-for-forecasts-and-historical-values) in the near future?

It’s nearly a year now that I asked, so I want to renew my question, if the aWattar binding supports the time series persistence feature like the tibber binding in Openhab 4.3?

Did a spot check in code

Thanks for the redirection, a quick search in the thread revealed, the time series feature should be implemented, so I’ll give it a try.

Hi @s.laudel I spotted this commit: [awattar] Add TimeSeries support (#17172) · openhab/openhab-addons@81251c3 · GitHub named “Add TimeSeries support”, so maybe it is there now or will be part of the binding soon. @J-N-K may be able to tell more.

I switched to the ENTSOE Binding recently ( ENTSO-E - Bindings | openHAB ) which provides TimeSeries support. Due to private circumstances I will not be able to contribute to openHAB in the forseeable future, but I am glad that other contributors like @tl-photography , @jlaur and @J-N-K took over and did a lot of improvements, so thanks a lot to you all!

Time series support should now have been added with 4.3.

Yes, I can confirm aWattar supports the time series feature as of now. I think it’s supported by the bridge thing channels “awattar:bridge:xyz:market-net” and “awattar:bridge:xyz:total-net” only.
