Bar charts for aWATTar Binding.
Creating 2 individual custom Widgets showing hourly prices for today and tomorrow.

Overview
To use the Widgets you need:

1. An aWATTar Binding (aWATTar - Bindings | openHAB)
2. Things: aWATTar Bridge and aWATTar Stundenpreise
3. Link all aWATTar GrossTotal channels to Items
4. Add 20 custom Items to support the bar charts.
5. Add a cron based rule to support bar charts
6. Add 2 custom Widgets (awattar_graph_today_eho_v0_2 and awattar_graph_tomorrow_eho_v0_2)
7. Add the widgets to a MainUI page.

Widget can be customised with parameters.
