Basic UI stopped to refresh states on OH 3.1.0 SNAPSHOT

Hey there,
I faund that after update to OH 3.1.0 SNAPSHOT my Basic UI with default sitemp doesnt refresh states of items. I need to refresh page to see updated states of items.

In iOS app everything works ok. Only on web-browser it doesnt refresh.
Any idea why?
