Binding for Wiz Light Bulbs

Had Openhab 3 running great, downloaded and started running Openhab 3.1.0 on a new computer as old one fried. Cannot find the binding for Wiz Lightbulbs found at Home Depot. Downloaded a jar i think for openhab 2 but it wont work in openhab 3 . Am i doing something wrong?
