How can I add the Temperature Channel in broadlink?
I only have the command channel

Or do I need an A1?

If your device supports it, it should show when pressing the “show more” button. For me it works with a RM Pro.

Hi,

I’ve got the RM PRO as well… not sure what is wrong.
From e-control when I control my aircon, I can see a temperature.
I’m assuming I’m getting that from the RM PRO

Sorry, but I’m really inexperienced!
For the time being I installed OH2 and made the Chromecast audio binding.
From how I understand it is to install the plug-in done by Cato somewhere, but I did not understand where!

ok, i’ll try:

Download the Broadlink binding from the Download link: https://goo.gl/CS4rE9
stop OH and copy the .jar file in the OH Addons directory, start OH
Now you should be able to see in the OH PaperUI that the binding is installed when you click: Configuration/Bindings
Now you follow the great instructions off Cato: Broadlink binding for RMx, A1, SPx and MP. Any interest?
If you have trouble finding the IV & KEY, search for “broadlink iv key” and it wil be on a github page, hit 3 or so, it is also called “initial vector” and “initial key”

How do you guys change the icon based on the state of the item.
All of my broadlink switches are all GREEN regardless of state

this item does not work even if I add

i have followed all the steps

the binding is well installed but the command in the UI do not work see below the current state

all the items are in status null.

i have well configured my mini RM and my RM but i am stucked here

Hello nakh_Home,
I have not really been playing a lot with the RM2 and RM3 Mini, on the first face off it, what you do seems o.k.
First check some things off which I cannot see if its been configured:

Did you add the IV & KEY for the RM’s and did you give in the name off the .map files?

I,m not using PaperUI to control my devices I’m using BasicUI, and I configure everything accept the channels in config files, .items, home.sitemap, .rules files and so on, so I don’t now if it should work from PaperUI, maybe someone can confirm that?
What does your log file say?

Ok, then, I removed from qnap and installed on raspberry pi zero w … all else! I copied the addon and found the device. Now I have the key problem … I can not figure out where to find them! Are they so embarrassed?
