[bug] Migrated from 3.4.3 to 5.1.3; GUI error: Changes have not been saved when saving

openhab 5.1.3 in docker

This happens after I added a profile file and hit save.

It actually saved it, hence, I hit OK on this error.

What might be the issue?

## The problem When changing the profile of a linked item the UI shows a warnin…g of unsaved changes while saving. ## Expected behavior After changing the profile of the channel link and using the "save" button in the UI the changes should be saved without further warning. ## Steps to reproduce 1. Change the profile of a linked item and use the save button in the upper right corner. 2.
