how can i update a new homatic HG-HM-CC-RT-DN (heating actor) with my defaults. I have a lot of heating actors and it is a unnecessary work to put the new default values in hundreds of input fields.
Access to the actors are vie homegear and OH Webinterface possible.

Assuming this is a value exposed to OH, you could add the items to a Group, you could use an Item to use to set your new default value, and create a Rule based upon change to this Item which can iterate through all members of the group and send the new default.
No, sorry, i would set the device specific defaults heating times and temperatures.
This is much more battery effcient as to send all the rules again and again and so on every day / week/ …
